Panevėžys Juozas Miltinis Drama Theatre

Director Romualdas Vikšraitis, the former director of the Elf Theatre and one of the founders of the Odd Men Theatre became the director of the Panevėžys Juozas Miltinis Drama Theatre and was the only candidate to have submitted his application for the position. 

Greta Cholina became the head of the State Small Theatre of Vilnius, the position previously held by director Rimas Tuminas. On July 29, she defeated two competitors in the competition organised by the Ministry of Culture. Greta Cholina graduated from the Faculty of Theatre and Film at Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, established the dance theatre A|Ch together with her sister Anželika Cholina in 2000 and was appointed director of the theatre.

Having defeated two rivals, Ramūnas Kaubrys was elected the director of the Klaipėda State Musical Drama Theatre.

All theatre directors are appointed for the term of office lasting for five years.
