Regina Steponavičiūtė

Regina Steponavičiūtė was born in Šiauliai, on June 26, 1948. Having completed her studies in Directing at Lunacharsky State Institute for Theatre Arts in Moscow in 1973, she worked at the Šiauliai Drama Theatre until 2013. Since 2010, Regina Steponavičiūtė has been directing at the Naisiai Summer Theatre. Her earlier works include, inter alia: Jons and Erdme (German: Jons unds Erdine) by Hermann Sudermann, Uncles and Aunts (Lith.: Dėdės ir dėdienės) by Vaižgantas, Of Mice and Men by John Ernest Steinbeck, Tevye the Dairyman (Yiddish: Tevye der milkhiker) by Sholem Aleichem.
